How to time the market!

Want to know a secret on how to time the market?
Well, guess what? You can't.

There is no timing in the market.
There is jumping in, there is jumping out. 
There is holding.
There is also getting lucky.

Many people who bought when prices were at their lowest simply got lucky because they purchased at that time. They didn't actually have a plan to purchase at the bottom, they just had a plan to get started. And because of that, they got lucky.

This is part of how I got lucky with my short-term rentals is by buying before prices shot up post-COVID and before the Airbnb craze took off. Also purchased when interest rates were super low.

That was not lucky. That was actually planned.
But I should have planned it further and did more of it when I could have.
You will always be kicking yourself in hindsight. Hindsight is 2020.

So, what I want you to take away from this message is just get in the game.

You will never time the market and you will never be absolutely right.
But getting started is half the battle.
